James Tristram-Smith is the Founder and Managing Director of Tristram Parker, a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the building envelope, construction products, and architectural lighting sectors.
With over a decade of experience in technical recruitment, James has built a reputation for connecting high-calibre professionals with innovative manufacturers, consultancies, and contractors across the UK and Europe.
After establishing Tristram Parker in 2021, James set out to create a recruitment business built on long-term relationships, deep sector knowledge, and a highly personal approach. Rather than operating as a volume recruiter, Tristram Parker works closely with a select group of clients and candidates, ensuring every search is handled with care, insight, and discretion.
