Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects
• Administer NEC and JCT contracts
• Prepare and negotiate variations and claims
• Monitor project costs and cash flow
• Liaise with clients and their representatives
• Mentor and develop junior commercial staff

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in civil engineering contracts
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
• Experience with infrastructure projects
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• MRICS qualification preferred
