A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on landmark projects and develop your career with one of the UK's leading contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost control and reporting on projects
• Prepare valuations and payment applications
• Administer subcontract packages
• Negotiate and agree final accounts
• Prepare variation accounts and claims
• Support the commercial team on tenders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
• Experience with main contractors on large projects
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS qualified or working towards
