Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the South East region
• Develop strong relationships with merchants, contractors and specifiers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Provide technical support and product training to customers
• Report on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Proven track record in building products sales
• Experience selling to merchants and contractors
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of insulation products advantageous
