Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential development projects
• Manage site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain highest standards of health and safety
• Coordinate with design teams and consultants
• Report to senior management on project progress

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in residential construction
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Black Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Experience with major housebuilders preferred
