A leading national fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their London team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects for blue-chip clients across the capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain quality standards throughout projects
• Liaise with clients and consultants
• Manage project programmes and report on progress

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial fit-out
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates
• Strong understanding of construction methods
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good IT skills including MS Project
